Checking lien deadlines from the invoices already in QuickBooks
If your receivables live in QuickBooks Online, retyping each invoice into a separate deadline tool is the step that quietly gets skipped.
LienDeadline connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's Connect to QuickBooks button. Recent invoices land in a verification queue with the customer, amount, date and calculated deadline fields. You confirm the state and project type before an invoice is saved as a monitored project, which matters, since those two facts decide which deadline applies.
With sync-back on, lien status and deadline updates get written to the linked invoice's private note or a custom field you set up, so whoever works collections sees them without leaving QuickBooks. Running more than one QuickBooks company? You can switch the active one, or disconnect one without touching the rest.
On the project side, the Automation plan can import the Procore projects you pick, and their payment applications if you want them. For anything else there are webhooks and a REST API.
The setup details are on LienDeadline's QuickBooks Online and Procore integrations page.
